Arthur Lee Carlton, 83, O'Brien, FL passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. The Springfield, IL-born native moved to O'Brien in 1989 from South Florida and was of the Christian faith. Mr. Carlton worked as a truck driver for over forty years and was an Electronic Tech in his earlier years. He loved motorcycles, owned Hondas, and loved spending time with his family, enjoyed music and writing songs and poems.

Mr. Carlton is survived by his five daughters: Linda Kummerow, Downers Grove, IL, Terri Nelson, Port St. Lucie, FL, Kathleen Jeffcoat, O'Brien, FL, Lynn Jones, Girard, IL, Erin Bidleman, Auburn, IL; son: Mike Letterman, Chicago, IL; two sisters: Carol, Nancy; two brothers: Ronald, Larry; fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 24th at 2:30 pm in Oak Grove Cemetery. There will be a visitation held from 1:30 - 2:15 prior to the service at Daniels Funeral Home in Branford.
