Belinda Kae Hallaran, aged 62, of Jasper, GA, passed away on November 1, 2025. She moved to Jasper five years ago after living in Live Oak for 15 years. Belinda was a cherished member of the Pinemout Baptist Church in McAlpin, FL. She is survived by her loving husband of twenty-seven years, Brian Hallaran of Jasper, GA, and her two brothers, Alan Warren and Brian Warren, both residing in Salt Lake City, UT. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 11th in Live Oak Cemetery, with Pastor Chad Hulsey officiating.
