Beverly Dunn, 89, of Branford, FL passed away on October 26, 2025. Beverly lived a wonderful life where she impacted many through her work and heartfelt care. Mrs. Dunn was a nurse for the Florida Department of Health for many years where she furthered her education becoming a Nurse Practitioner. This growth also helped her oversee more than 5 clinics in the area where she cared for numerous patients and communities. Beverly was adventurous and spirited, serving for several years as a nurse in the Alaskan bush, traveling by plane and helping the native Alaskans during sickness - especially with women's health. She was an advocate for great health care, especially to those in great need even speaking before the State legislature. She loved books and reading, traveling with her friends where she always managed to visit an old bookstore. Beverly had a deep and meaningful relationship with God that influenced her everyday life and was a member of First Baptist Church, Branford, FL. She truly loved spending time with her children and family, devoting herself to people in every aspect of her time.

Beverly is survived by her daughter: Anita Garrison; son: Chris Dunn; granddaughter: Samantha Edwards; extended family: Eva Eldred, Lura Murfee, Sam Murfee, and many others.

There will be a service to celebrate her life on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 11am at Daniels Funeral Home, Branford, FL with a visitation prior to the service from 10-11am. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
