Billie J. Taylor, 74, Dowling Park, FL passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023. The Fort Monmouth, NJ-born native moved to Dowling Park four years ago from Valdosta, Ga, and was of Methodist faith. Ms. Taylor is survived by her daughter: Jennifer L. Bryan, Litchfield Park, AZ; son: Gene P. Gerber, Murfreesboro, TN; sister: Mary Vitelli, Ocala, FL; brother: Harry Wagner (Deidre), O'Brien, FL; four grandchildren: Christopher, Trevor, Brian, and Chandler. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, February 24th at Bixler Chapel with Rev. Frank Hall officiating.
