Blennie Fortner Carter, 90, Titusville, FL passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022. She was born in Live Oak, FL, and was a devoted mother that is dearly loved and missed by her family and all that knew her. Mrs. Carter is survived by her sons: Fred Marjenhoff, Davie, FL;  Kevin Carter, Titusville, Brett Carter, Atlanta, GA, three grandchildren: Troy Montano, Emery Mojica, and Brittany Mallard.  She was preceded in death by her husband: Dale C. Carter and son: Robert Carter. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, October 22nd at Pinelevel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Lester Curry officiating.
