Brandy LaSha Simmons Cribbs, age 49, passed away unexpectedly on October 12, 2025 in New Port Richey, FL. Born on December 22, 1975 in Houston, TX, Brandy was known for her vibrant personality and her presence could light up any room she entered. She was a great friend and loved her family dearly. Her memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. Brandy faced many challenges in her life and her path was not always easy. She met life with resilience and a heart full of love. She had compassion and a willingness to help others, even when she was fighting her own battles.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Tina Simmons; maternal grandmother: Frances Roberts; cousins: Lori Chumley and Dexter Bienvenu.

Brandy is survived by her daughters: Alyssa Ramirez and Alexis Bowman; grandson: Anthony; siblings: Bobbie Grantham, Christy Nieves, Amber Rothlander, and Edward Rothlander. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service to honor her life on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11am at Live Oak Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her family.
