Buddy Eakins, 79, Branford, FL passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022. The Plant City, FL native moved to Branford in 1973 and was of Pentecostal Faith. He retired from trucking after sixty-two years and owned Shyanne Trucking in Branford in 1998. Mr. Eakins is survived by his wife of fifty-two years: Shirley Eakins, Branford; daughters: Jackie Malaguti (Michael), Branford, FL, Michelle Eakins; sons: Bam Bam Sherrell (Millie), Lawrence Eakins, Plant City, FL, Branford, FL; sisters: Loretta Watford, Brandon, FL, Lennett Wood, Plant City, FL, Alice Sickler, Old Town, FL; brothers: Wayne Eakins, O'Brien, FL; grandchildren/great-grandchild ren: Shyanne, Austin, Adrianna, Kyle, Dakota, Desiree, Garth, Porcha, Texas, Branson, Evelyn, Tyler, Gavin, Derby, Axel, Mila, and Chevelle. He was preceded in death by his son: Jack McGee, Jr., and grandson: Steven McGee.
