Carol Elizabeth Sanders, a beloved lifelong resident of Live Oak, FL, passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on April 9, 1964, to Frederick and Elizabeth Barfuss, Carol was known for her big heart and love for people. She enjoyed working in her yard, growing flowers, and spending time with her family. Carol had a hobby shed where she worked on various crafts and projects, showcasing her creativity and passion.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Sanders, and her sons, Robbie Gagnon and Samuel Lee Sanders. Carol also leaves behind her four sisters, Mary Crawford, Linda Crawford, Wanda Stratton, and Jeannette Chambers, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Ryelinn and Raelinn Gagnon. She was preceded in death by her sister: Donna Johnson.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 28th at Pinemount Baptist Church, followed by services at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in the church cemetery. Carol will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
