Charles L. "Lee" Pearl, 76, Fort White, FL passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. He lived in Fort White for twenty years.  He was a Vietnam Veteran while serving in the Army, and retired from the Naval Air Station, JAX, and Haeco in Lake City, FL.

Lee graduated from Santa Fe College with his A.A. degree and attended the University of Florida. He also was a licensed A&P Aircraft Mechanic. Lee loved airplanes, mowing grass, scuba diving, and spending time with his family and he also had a heart for mission work. He is survived by his wife and soulmate: Reta Stephens Pearl, daughter, Mindy A. Foster (Bradley), Daughter/Granddaughter, Brynsley Pearl; son: Stephen L. Pearl; sister: Marilyn Gray; three grandchildren: Halee Darras, Reese Moore, and Brystol Lane Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews (some of whom called him Uncle Buddy), as well as many great friends and family.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. Pearl, Sr. and Philamena Pearl, and his two sisters, Dorothy Ann Harris and Sharon Allen.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 pm Monday, October 10th at First Baptist Church of High Springs with Rev. Greg Waltermire officiating. Visitation will begin at 3:30 pm prior to the service.  Interment will be held at Fort White Cemetery.
