Cliff W. Parnell, age 80, of Live Oak, FL, passed away on September 14, 2026. Born on May 8, 1946, in Homestead, FL, Cliff served as a Vietnam Era Veteran with the Air Force. In 1982, he settled in Live Oak after moving from the Philippines. As a dedicated entrepreneur, he owned and operated Parnell's United 500, Parnell's Wrecker Service, and Cliff's Mobile Home Escort Company.

Cliff is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Josie B. Parnell, and their children: daughters Beth Parnell Atkinson (Phil) of Crawfordville, FL, and Lisa Tanglao (Rainier) of Virginia; son Joe Parnell of Live Oak. He is also remembered by his sisters Denise Knight (Ron) and Zonia Starling (Billy), and brothers Charlie Parnell (Trisha) and Nelson Parnell, all residing in Live Oak. Cliff’s legacy lives on through many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
