Darrel Ray Durden of Mayo, FL passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Mr. Durden was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to the late Jim and Virginia Voss Durden. He was a field engineer and worked for many years at CDI, Inc. in Little Rock, AK. Darrel moved to the Mayo area in 2002 from Aurora, CO and was a member of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by two sons: James Christian Durden and Joshua Michael Durden; sister: Barbara Radford; two grandchildren; and several extended family and friends.

There will be a celebration of his life at 2pm on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Daniels Funeral Home, 408 Suwannee Ave NW, Branford, FL. Interment will follow in Maypop Cemetery where he will laid to rest next to his parents.
