Darthy  Allbritton Smith, 93, of Live Oak, FL passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, in the Surrey Place Care Center, Live Oak, FL. The Suwannee County native was a homemaker and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church, Live Oak, FL. Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughters: Hattie Law, Live Oak, FL, and Eunice Davenport (Julius), North Port, FL; Brother: Bobby Green (Lavonia), Live Oak, FL; Grandchildren: Jay Law (Deon), Live Oak, FL, Joey Law (Kim), Live Oak, FL, Julie Johnson, Jupiter, FL and Jason Davenport, (Candace) Port Charlotte, FL; Six great grandchildren and Two great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 17, 2024, in the Daniels Memorial Chapel with Pastor Marshall Faulkenberry officiating. Interment will follow in the Beulah Baptist Cemetery, Dowling Park, FL. Visitation will be at the chapel from 10:00 am until service time.
