David C. Blevins, Jr., aged 76, of Live Oak, passed away on November 30, 2025. Born in Georgia on July 8, 1949, David grew up in Jasper, FL, and resided in Live Oak for over fifty years. He dedicated over thirty years of his life as a bus driver for the Suwannee County School District and also served as a law enforcement officer for the Live Oak Police Department and a jailer in Columbia County. David was known for his love of fishing, race cars, and spending time at the dirt track. He was a devoted husband, a hard worker, and a man with a good heart who always knew someone wherever he went. He enjoyed watching wrestling and his Sunday school class at Westwood Baptist Church.

David was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha. He is survived by his three sons: Brian Blevins (Lori Eadie), David Hollon (Heather), and Terry Blevins (Alice Lau); his grandchildren, Katlyn, Blake, Shyla, Tieraney, Steven, Mason, and Zoey; and six great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, December 8th at Daniels Memorial Chapel, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 am, officiated by Rev. Romey Luke.
