Douglas T. Allen, 82, Live Oak, FL passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. The Checotah, OK born native was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, where he ran the sound system. Mr. Allen loved computers and electronics, he also enjoyed teaching others and loved kids. He was a Vietnam Cambodia Veteran while serving in the Air Force, where he retired after twenty-years as a GS-9  and he also served in the Army Civil Service.

Mr. Allen is survived by his wife: Judith Allen; three daughters: Carol Davis, Debbie Bayer, Renee; step-children: Lynn Funk, Pamela Hartman, John Hill; brother: Mike Allen; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service Saturday, October 7th at 4:00 pm at Friendship Baptist Church.
