Elizabeth "Betsy" Billups, aged 98, of Wellborn, FL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Born on May 20, 1928, in Tampa, FL, Betsy moved to Wellborn in 1999 from Orange Park, FL. She was a cherished member of the Wellborn Methodist Church.

Betsy was preceded in death by her beloved husband of sixty-five years, James L. Billups, Jr., and her grandson, Adam Billups. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Scott and her husband George of Wellborn; her son, James "Randy" Billups and his wife Yvonne of Lake City; her four grandchildren, Laura Walter and her husband Scott, Michael Scott and his wife Yulia, Sara Howell and her husband Josh, and Connor Billups; as well as eight great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at Daniels Memorial Chapel on Monday, June 22nd at 10:00 am, with a service following at 11:00 am officiated by Reverend Dr. Sherry Adams. Interment will take place in Live Oak Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Haven Hospice, 6037 US 90 W, Lake City, FL 32055.
