Ella Mae Bembry, 88, of Live Oak, FL passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024 after a long illness. Ella Mae was born and raised in Suwannee County. She was a proud homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to cook and care for her family. She enjoyed camping, traveling, and especially shopping. Mrs. Bembry was a longtime member of Friendship Baptist Church but also attended Westwood Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Earl Bembry; son: Charles Bembry; brothers: Herman and Bobby Brannan.
Mrs. Bembry is survived by her sons: Dan Bembry; Alvin (Sheila) Bembry; sister: Frances Wood; brother: Randell Brannan; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
There will be a funeral service to honor her life on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 2pm at Daniels Funeral Home. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1-2pm. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Earl.
