Esmildo Perez, aged 83, of Lee, FL, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Born in Las Villas, Cuba, Esmildo was a man of Catholic faith who moved from Cuba in 1980. He dedicated his early years to construction work and later became a cattle and poultry farmer. Known as the best dad in the world, Esmildo was sweet, humble, and hard-working, always putting his family first as a wonderful protector and provider. He believed in doing good and treating others right.

Esmildo is survived by his loving wife, Idolidia Perez; his daughter, Niuris Perez Killingsworth and her husband Benjamin; his son, Yovany Perez and his wife Amanda; his brother, Jorge Perez; and his cherished grandchildren, Kaylee Clagett and her husband Lawrence, Giancarlo Perez, Wilhelm Kopke, and Johann Perez. He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Migdalia Perez and Adela Perez.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 14th at Daniels Memorial Chapel, with interment at Live Oak Cemetery. A visitation will take place on Monday, January 13th at Daniels Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am.
