In Loving Memory of Gary Lee Williams

July 18, 1929 – July 6, 2025

Gary Lee Williams, 95, of Live Oak, Florida, passed away on July 6, 2025, leaving a legacy of faith, family, and service. Born in Old Town, Florida, he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, then earned his engineering degree from the University of Florida. Gary enjoyed a distinguished 37-year career with Florida Power & Light in Miami and was deeply involved in the Christian community, serving at Miami Shores Baptist and Westwood Baptist church here in Live Oak. He was a devoted husband to Lucille, his wife of 63 years, and a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Gary is now reunited with Lucille, and rests in the presence of his Savior.

Gary is survived by his 3 sons and spouses:  Gary (Fiona), Charles (Sharon), and George (Deanna);  his sister Irene LaBelle, brother Robert Williams (Yvonne);  7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Services will be at Daniels Memorial Chapel Monday, July 21, 2025 with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am and service following at 10:30 am. Interment will be held in Live Oak Cemetery.
