Helen Wilhoite Horne, 79, of Live Oak, FL passed away at her home on Thursday, August 18, 2022, with family by her side. Helen was born in Shelbyville, TN to the late Lester & Ruby Troup Wilhoite. She worked as a cleaner at Quail Heights Country Club and Jasper Country Club for several years and was also employed as a seamstress. Helen was a hard worker but she also enjoyed crafting, word search puzzles, watching tv, and catching up on the latest news on Facebook. Most of all she enjoyed her family.

Mrs. Horne is survived by her daughters: Alice Neel, Ruby Ryals (Danny), Shirley Graham; sons: Charlie M. 'Jake' Horne, Jr. (Kimberley) and Bruce Wayne Horne  (Nhung Hoang - Laikan); sister: Sue Ann Dickerson; brother: Joey Lee Hall (Jeanna); Nineteen grandchildren and Forty (with one on the way) great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband: Charlie M. Horne, Sr.; her parents and eleven siblings.

A visitation will be held from 5 - 7 pm Monday, August 22, 2022, at Daniels Funeral Homes. The funeral service will be at 10 am Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at Daniels Funeral Home, Live Oak, FL. Interment will follow the service at Live Oak Cemetery.
