Jack Corbin, aged 72, of Live Oak, FL, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025. Born on October 19, 1952, to Lomis and Ona Corbin, Jack moved to Live Oak in 1967 from Coco, FL. He was a dedicated member of the Living Springs Family Worship Center. Jack retired from Suwannee County Fire & Rescue as a Firefighter/EMT after 33 years of service and was the owner of Corbin Construction for over 50 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Mareia Riggs Corbin, and his children: daughter Shannon Clower and her husband Rhett of Live Oak, sons Shane Corbin of Live Oak, Josh Corbin and his wife Megan of Live Oak, Ryan Grinstead and his wife Shannon of Swansea, SC, Jerry Fortner and his wife Kim of Live Oak, and Gary Fortner of Live Oak. He is also survived by his sisters Gina Thompson and her husband Dana, and Janet Barnes, both of Branford, and his brother Charles Corbin and his wife Donna of Branford. Jack leaves behind fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lomis and Ona Corbin, and his granddaughter, Kayla Hallman.

A visitation will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 13th at Living Springs Family Worship Center, followed by services at 2:00 pm officiated by Pastor Vince Spencer. Interment will follow at Airline Baptist Church Cemetery.
