James Ronald Strickland "Ronnie", 76, Live Oak, FL passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022. The St. Augustine, FL born-native was a lifelong resident of Live Oak, was of the Baptist Faith, and was the Manager of the Golf Pro Shop at Suwannee Country Club for many years. Mr. Strickland is survived by his wife of twenty-six years: Judy Strickland, Live Oak; daughters: Branden Lopez (Marcus), Washington, D.C., Kelly Hollingsworth (Brent), Live Oak, Kara Booth (Matt), Charlotte, NC; son: Scott Strickland, Perry, FL; sister: Junell Salter, Jacksonville, FL; brother: E.L. Strickland (Dawn), Live Oak; five grandchildren: Rachel, Brantlee, Baylor, Mya, and Elliot. He was preceded in death by his brother: Mike Strickland. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 20th at Live Oak Cemetery with Mr. Bob Johnson officiating.
