J.C. Crews, 72, Live Oak, FL passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of Live Oak, was owner/operator of Crews Insurance and was of Baptist faith. Mr. Crews was a longtime Suwannee Quarterback Club member and served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. J.C. loved to travel and explore new places with his wife Linda. Two of his favorite places to visit were Alaska and Ireland. They went on numerous cruises exploring the US, Canada, Europe and The Caribbean. He would do anything to help his wife, Linda.

Mr. Crews is survived by his wife: Linda Crews, Live Oak; daughter: Tara Crews Gordon (Jeff); son: Aaron Mathews (Bobbie Cates); brothers: Charles Crews, Dean Crews; grandchild: Braden; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Joel C. and Pearl Holtzclaw Crews; two sisters: Louise Williamson, Mary Ann Hamm; two brothers: David Crews and Bobby Crews.

There will be a visitation held from 1:00-3:00 pm Tuesday, December 26th at Daniels Funeral Home. Private family interment will be held.
