JoAnn M. Ledford, aged 85, of Live Oak, FL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Born on May 11, 1940, in Akron, Ohio, to the late Hughart and Edith Skinner, JoAnn moved to Live Oak forty years ago from Tampa, FL. She worked as a bookkeeper for Ledford Plastering and later retired from Goldkist. JoAnn was a talented craftsman and painter who enjoyed crafting, visiting craft shops, and gardening. She was known for her easy-going nature and for raising registered hogs. JoAnn was a devoted member of the Orange Baptist Church, who put her faith first and her family at the center of her life.

She is survived by her daughters, Patty Gentry, Barbara Moore, and Sandra Amole; her daughter-in-law, Barb Ledford; her sons, Roger Kellogg (Stacey), William Kellogg, Richard Kellogg (Anita), and John Ledford (Melinda). JoAnn was a beloved grandmother to seventeen grandchildren, and she cherished her numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, David E. Ledford, and her son, David Ledford, Jr.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 7th at Orange Baptist Church, followed by a service at 11:00 am officiated by Rev. Matthew Barker. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
