Joann Carolyn Svoboda, aged 85, of Live Oak, FL, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024. She was born in Madison County, FL, on December 11, 1938, to Andrew Paul and Ruth Jones.

Joann is survived by her loving daughters, Janet Shepard and her husband Allen, and Carla Renfroe and her husband Mike. She is also survived by her sister, Wynette Keeling, and her brother, Danny Jones. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Chad Renfroe (Michele), and Eric Rice ( P.J.), as well as her great-grandchild, Maverick Rice. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Karel Svoboda.

Services to honor Joann's life will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 2nd, at Philadelphia Baptist Church, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
