John Hudson Lundy, 82, of Live Oak, FL, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, in the hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center, Lake City. The Dover, New Jersey, native lived most of his life in Live Oak. He was a 1962 Graduate of Suwannee High School, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp., an agricultural farmer, the Owner/Operator of Lundy's Septic, Inc. since 1989, and a member of the First Baptist Church, Live Oak.

Mr. Lundy is survived by his son, Adam Lundy (Ashley), Live Oak; Sister: Willa Howard, Gainesville; Grandchildren: Attison Lundy (Chance), Arrington Lundy, and Anndelyn Lundy, all of Live Oak. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Sharon Peppers Lundy.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in the First Baptist Church, Live Oak, with Rev. Steve Sweitzer officiating. There will be a visitation held from 10:00 am until service time at the church.
