John Misinec, 67, Lake City, FL passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022. The Ashtabula, Ohio-born native was of the Catholic faith, he moved to the Branford area forty-plus years ago and worked several places over the years, working on the smallest aircraft to the largest. He was a member of the Lions Club and the Moose Lodge, he also loved music, playing guitar, playing the fiddle, gardening, and spending time with his family. Mr. Misinec is survived by his wife of forty-six years: Meg Misinec; daughter: Erin Misinec Tanner (Justin); son: Sean Misinec (Heather); three sisters: Debbie Smith (Jerry), Sharon Ray (Steve), Cindy Sullivan; two brothers: Ron Misinec (Sue), Tom Misinec (Debbie); four grandchildren: Colby, Addison, Gibson, and Harlyn. Graveside services will be held at 10 am Friday, April 29th at Oak Grove Cemetery.
