John Wesley "Wes" Newman, 54, Fort White, FL passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023. The Tampa, FL born native moved to Fort White from Riverview, FL seven years ago, he was a long and short haul truck driver which he was a team driver with his wife. He was a mechanic, loved fishing,  loved his chickens, playing the guitar; he also loved his family and was very protective of his kids.

Mr. Newman is survived by his wife: Angela Newman; three daughters: Amber Pearson, Precious Newman, Bridgett Newman; six sons: John Wesley Newman, II, Daniel Newman, Dylan Renfroe, Logan Renfroe, Jesse Newman, J.J. Newman; one sister: Cindy Helton; two brothers: Roy Rose, Jesse Newman; seven grandchildren: Aryania, Cameron, Abigail, Mariya, Isabella, Melody and Raine.
