Julia Marie "Judy" Jacobs, aged 76, of Ft. White, FL, passed away on July 11, 2026. Born on November 1, 1949, in Atlanta, GA, she moved to Ft. White 28 years ago from her birthplace. Judy held certifications in horticulture and private investigation, and she had a passion for gardening and farm animals. Her career included work in waitressing and catering. Judy was a devoted Christian who studied the Bible daily and ensured her family knew the Lord. She was known for her independence and strong opinions, she was a very honest woman and would tell you the truth even if you didn't like it. Judy cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Steve Jacobs; her daughters, Melissa June Naiser (Dave) and Theresa April Knight (James); her son, Dwayne Roberts (Tammy); her sister, Tammy Drew; her brother, Rodney Drew; her grandchildren, Cindy Schoultz, Ashley Naiser, Davey Godwin, Amber Cole, Nikki Kirk, McClain Knight, Amanda Rose, Blake Rose, Brandon Roberts and twenty-one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Rodney Dwayne Roberts, Jr., Dejah Hawkins, and Cory Roberts. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 16, at Daniels Memorial Chapel in Branford, with visitation prior at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Ft. White Cemetery.
