Katherine (Kathy) Evert Howard, aged 67, passed away on October 31, 2024. Born on November 6, 1956, Kathy dedicated 30 years of her life in Food Service at Suwannee County Schools. Kathy was a member of Union Baptist Church, reflecting her faith and the love she shared with those around her. A lover of animals, she devoted much of her time to caring for her beloved pets, a hobby that brought her immense joy and companionship.
She leaves behind her husband of 49 years , Felton C. Howard; daughter, Kimberly Slone (Tim); son, Daniel Howard; granddaughter, Jordan Howard; grandsons, Jesse Howard, Camden Gaskins, and Carson Gaskins; sister, Karen Fout; and brothers, Mark Evert and Eddie Evert (Jill). And a host of other beloved family and friends. Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Walter Evert; mother, Shirley Simonson; and sister, Connie Henderaon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Dementia Society Charity in memory of Kathy's compassionate spirit and enduring kindness.
