The family of Lester Clarence "Les" Beyer of Branford, FL is saddened to announce his passing on Monday, January 23, 2023, at the age of 92.  The Lansing, Michigan-born native was the son of Harry Andrew and Selma Beyer, he served in the US Air Force from 1950-1954 and was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. He worked for Buckeye Cellulose for 10 years and IBM for twenty years, and loved yard work, mechanics, and computer technology; he also loved working with his hands and could figure out how to fix anything.

Mr. Beyer is survived by his children and step-children: Vicki Lynn (Beyer) Bowers (Warren), Paul Andrew Beyer (Karon), Charles "Chuck" Beyer, Lester Clarence Beyer, Jr., Jon Michael Beyer, Amy Fletcher, Kim Suggs, Kevin Suggs, Cheryl Brantley; grandchildren: Paul Beyer, Jr., Jessi Beyer, Christopher Beyer, Jennifer (Beyer), Tara Beyer, Jade Beyer; great-grandchildren: Luke Beyer, Gabriel Beyer, Kadence Patterson, Jazzy, Dante, and Jareth; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.  He was preceded in death by his wife Geneva Beyer; brothers Duane Beyer, Ronny Beyer, and Larry Beyer; step-child Beth McKinney (Stan); daughter-in-law Sabrina Suggs (Kevin) and son-in-law: Tommy Fletcher (Amy).

Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Friday, January 27th at Santa Fe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gateway Baptist Church or Samaritan Purse.
