Linda Lee Manning, aged 79, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on February 22, 2026. Born in McAlpin, FL, Linda was known for her intelligence and culinary skills, often hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. She had a love for travel and a career as a Hospital Administrator for Baptist and Nemours in Jacksonville. Even after retirement, she continued to volunteer her time. Linda was of non-denominational faith.

She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Ronald Manning, her stepdaughter Michelle VanVickle and her husband Tom, and her sister Wanna Welch. She was predeceased by her sister Joyce Ross and her brothers Berman Welch, Wayman 'Bud' Welch, Jerry Welch, and Clinton Welch.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 28th at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Tim Carver.
