Louis F. Woods, 87, of Live Oak, FL passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at his home surrounded by family. Louis was born and raised in Live Oak where he served in the National Guard and worked at SVEC for over 38 years, retiring as an Engineering Supervisor. He loved gardening and could grow anything. Louis enjoyed working with his cows and serving at his church in various areas. He was a longtime member of Friendship Baptist Church, Live Oak, FL.

Mr. Woods is survived by his wife: Frances Woods; son: Wayne Woods (Sonhwa); brothers: Charlie Woods, Albert Woods, and Travis Woods; grandchildren: Matt (Michelle) Woods, Justin (Sarah) Woods, Daniel Woods, Michael Woods; great-grandchildren: Taylor, Logan, Mason, Westyn, Malcolm.

He was preceded in death by his son: David Woods.

Services for Louis will be held at 11 am Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Friendship Baptist Church. Visitation will be 10-11 am prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
