Louise Johnson, 82, Dowling Park, FL passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023. The lifelong resident of Dowling Park was a born caregiver, she attended Clayland School and worked at Advent Christian Village and Lafayette Health Care Center. Mrs. Johnson loved to fish, go hunting for squirrels, cooking, and riding the golf cart with her granddaughter. She was a devoted and founding member of First Baptist Church of Dowling Park, she served in every area and loved to teach Sunday School.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her daughters: Vivian Stevens (Troy), Charlotte Land, Rita Rankhorn (Ken); sons: Mike Johnson (Sara), Dr. Shawn Johnson (Susie); six grandchildren: Rebekah, Shannon, Teresa, Naomi, Eric, Hannah; several great-grandchildren and several great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Rueben H. Johnson, Sr.; son: Harold Johnson, Jr. and granddaughter: Ida Parker.

Services will be held at 11 am Friday, April 28th at First Baptist Church of Dowling Park with Rev. Daniel Bryant officiating. There will be a visitation held prior to the service beginning at 10 am. Interment will be held in the Historic Dowling Park Cemetery.
