Marcus "Ronnie" Phillips, 76, of Live Oak, Florida, passed away on December 2, 2023, at the Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL. Born in Lake City, Florida on September 15, 1947, to the late Marcus Reid and Vormel Baker Phillips. Mr. Phillips served proudly in the U.S. Army and also was a  member of the Westwood Baptist Church.

He is survived by his partner of sixteen years; Tonia Grimes of Pinetta, FL: Daughter; Kristi (Terry) Murray of McAlpin, FL: Sons; Eric (Teresa) Phillips of Flagler Beach, FL, Brian (Elle) Phillips of Kamuela, HI, and Kevin (Tetyana) Phillips of Flagler Beach, FL: Brothers; Dennis (Peggy) Phillips of Live Oak, FL and Ken (Susan) Phillips of Yadkinville, NC: Along with 7 Grandchildren; Taylor Phillips, Tori Phillips, Jacob Phillips, Sofia Phillips, Solamia Phillips, Austin Murray, and Clay Murray. Graveside services for Mr. Marcus Phillips will be conducted Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at the Live Oak Cemetery with Dr. Jimmy Deas officiating.
