Marilyn Morris, aged 83, of Live Oak, FL, passed away on March 9, 2026. Born on November 18, 1942, in Cuthbert, GA, Marilyn moved to Live Oak in 1997 from Keystone Heights and was raised in Jacksonville, FL. She worked as an Administrative Secretary at Shands Lake Shore Hospital. Marilyn was known for her love of bingo and slot machines, always enjoying herself whether winning or losing. She was a devoted wife, taking great care of her husband, and was a good woman who tried to help others. Marilyn loved her grandchildren dearly and was a member of Pinemount Baptist Church in McAlpin, FL.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dug Morris; her daughter, Mary Anne O'Connor and her husband Ray; her step-daughter, Chrissy Howell and her husband Ricky; her daughter-in-law, Sharon Davidson; her step-son, Robert Morris and his wife Joanna; her sisters, Hazel Crawford, Jimmie Dean Hubbard, and Barbara Moseley; her brothers, Jess Hubbard and Chester 'Joe' Hubbard; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Jimmy Davidson, her sister Ruth, and her brothers Charlie, Gene, Tommy, and Robbie.

Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, March 16th at Daniels Memorial Chapel, with visitation prior at 2:00 pm. The service will be officiated by Rev. Larry Sweat, with interment following in Live Oak Cemetery.
