Marilyn Dianne Woodrum

Well known by "Mimi or Dee"

Took her last breath on 3/28/2023 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville Florida.

Born to Leon Leslie Collins and Edith Marie Collins on 9/22/1946.

She has joined her siblings Mary Louise McClemmons, Marion Gayle Murphy, Cathy Lynn Parlin and her son Michael Wayne Frazee in death.

She is survived by her brother Arnold Wayne Collins and 3 living children, Marie Charron Price, Theressa Gayle Holton, and William Steven Wagner.

Marilyn cherished her grandchildren: Mark Alan Scheideman, Lyle Douglas Scheideman, Nicholas Russell Scheideman, Payton Lewis Vaughn, Logan Michelle Vaughn, and Maya McRae Price

She had unconditional love for her many great grandchildren. Briana Scheideman, Kiley Faith, Brianna Lily, Blakleigh Nicole, Alayah Natalie, Adalyn Naomi, Landon Paul, Wesley Luke, Nala Sky, Savannah Gray, Mark Alan Jr., Noah Dean, Parker Rose, and Charlotte Natasha.  She was the proudest grandmother, but she preferred to go by Mimi.

Mimi grew up in Branford, Florida. She had an absolute love for the beach, she ended up relocating to Jacksonville Beach in 1984 and living out the rest of her stay for over 38 years . Harley Davidson's were a hobby of hers and enjoyed Bikeweeks for many years. She was a die hard Lynyrd Skynyrd fan, her favorite song being "The Breeze" which was displayed on her license plate as she drove around Jax beach enjoying where she settled. Mimi loved all children and treated them as if they were apart of her family, she was Mimi to everyone. She was accomplished in her career as she worked for Barnett Bank and also Wachovia bank for 20+ years, where she won many awards for being a top performer. Mimi held faith in her heart and was at Gods hands at the time of her departure.

She will be missed dearly but forever in our hearts .

A celebration of life will be held at Daniels Funeral Home in Branford, FL on Saturday, April 8th,  Viewing is at 9 AM Service is at 11 AM.

Mimi requested that everyone wear casual clothing.
