Marion A. Townsend, 78, Branford, FL passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022. The Deland, FL born-native moved to Branford in 1988 from New Port Richie, FL, and was a member of Walker Bethel Creek Church in Branford.  Mrs. Townsend is survived by her husband of sixty years: James S. Townsend, Branford, FL; daughter: Penny Duis, Branford, FL; sister: Rosa Maffey, GA; two grandchildren: Joshua Duis, Raiford, NC, Don Harkrider, Bucannon, MI; three great-grandchildren: Becky, Jensen, and Hunter. She was preceded in death by her brother: Lee Averitt.
