Mark R. Stephenson, aged 78, of Live Oak, FL, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Born on November 8, 1946, in New Westminster, Canada, Mark spent most of his life in Live Oak. He was a proud Vietnam Era Veteran, having served in the Navy on the USS Saratoga. Mark worked as a Maintenance Engineer for Occidental in White Springs and retired after 25 years. He then became the owner and operator of Mark's Machine Shop in Live Oak from 1985 to 2004. Mark was a member of the Branford Oasis and practiced the Pentecostal faith.

He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Diana Latrelle Harrell Stephenson of Live Oak; his daughter, Heidi Stephenson Day and her husband John of High Springs, FL; his son, Mark Davis of Jacksonville, FL; his sister, Shelley Russell of Canada; and his brother, Jeff Stephenson of Canada, Daughter in Law: Paula Stephenson. Mark was also a cherished grandfather to six grandchildren: Zackari Day, Landon Day, Sherry Stewart (Jason), Addison Stephenson, Danny Stephenson, and Khristian Davis, as well as a great-grandfather to four great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his son: Jeffery Ryan Stephenson

A celebration of life service will be held at 3:30 pm, Thursday, April 17th, at Daniels Memorial Chapel with a visitation from 3:00 until service time.
