Mary Lang Johnson, a devoted homemaker and loving granny, passed away on May 20, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on May 23, 1937, in Lafayette County, FL, she was the cherished daughter of the late Alton and Agnes Gertrude (Jackson) Corbin. Mary was a godly woman who attended Pine Grove Church of God for over 60 years and was also a member of Haven Full Gospel in Live Oak.

Mary was known for her love of family and her unique tradition of calling each grandchild on their birthday to sing an out-of-tune Happy Birthday. Her husband, Bobby, with whom she shared sixty-nine wonderful years, often said she was perfect.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Bobby J. Johnson; her daughters, Teresa Raby (Clark), Tenia Johnson, Tammie Cook (Gordon), and Tilda Musgrove (Raymond); her brother, James "Jimmy" Corbin; ten grandchildren, Thaine, Tenlee, Mallory, Sebrina, James, Jason, Caleb, Windi, Julian, and Vandy; as well as twenty-six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews

A service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 27th at Daniels Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Curtis Thomas, Mr. Dana Thompson, and Pastor David Severance. She will be laid to rest at Airline Baptist Church Cemetery.
