Michael Calvin "Rooter" Alred, 50, Branford, FL passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. The Gainesville, FL born native was a lifelong resident of Branford, was of Baptist Faith and was involved with Grace Baptist Church. He owned/operated Alred Transportation , worked for Alred trucking for many years. He also loved working on anything mechanical, loved to fish, visit and tell stories.

Mr. Alred is survived by his mother: Brenda Sullivan Humphrey (Donnie); sisters: April Allen, Jennifer Alred; brothers: Kenneth Humphrey, Scott Alred; lots of nieces and nephews, extended family and special friend: Brandon Hart.
