Nancy 'Chris' Daniel, 80, of Branford, FL passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, surrounded by her family. Chris was born in Jacksonville, FL and after marrying Charlie Daniel, they moved to many different cities with his career in the Air Force. She worked at Appleton Wire in Montgomery, AL and worked several years as an Avon representative where she met many wonderful friends. Chris loved being outside working on her plants and flowers; she also served as the treasurer for the Women's Club of Branford and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Shrine Club. Above all she was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Chris was a member of First Baptist Church, Branford, FL but in her later years her health prevented her from attending.

She is survived her husband of 64 years: Charlie Daniel; daughters: Debra Hunt (Jeffry); Melinda Daniel; son: Chuck Daniel (Kay); grandchildren: Brandon Fletcher; Sean Fletcher; great-grandchildren: Pierce, Everly, Emmie, Weston, and Hattie.

There will be a service to celebrate Chris' life on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11 am at Daniels Funeral Home, Branford. A visitation will be held from 10-11 prior to the service. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
