Norma Hutchison, aged 79, of Mayo, FL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Born on October 11, 1946, in Jacksonville, FL, she was the beloved daughter of the late Clarence and Evie Barker. Norma moved to Mayo from Jacksonville in 2004 and was a cherished member of the Advent Christian Church in Dowling Park.

She is survived by her loving family, including her daughters, Starla Kramer of Fleming Island, FL, Shelly Hallmark Hooker (Jason) of Jacksonville, FL, step-children, Donna Verdegaal of Knight Ferry, CA, Shannon Cecil of Cullman, AL; and her brother, Warren Barker (Patricia) of Front Royal, VA. Norma was also a proud grandmother of five: Adam Smith (Krissy), Rachel Prouty, Kramer Nelson (Lauren), Jamie Bey (Drew), and Madison Ella Hallmark, as well as numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Hutch" Hutchison and daughter, Donna Nelson.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 17th at Daniels Memorial Chapel, followed by a service at 11:00 am, officiated by Rev. Tim Setzer. Norma will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
