Oscar "Corky" Lloyd Hart, Jr., 62, Lake City, FL passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023. The Live Oak, FL born native moved to Lake City three months ago from Daytona, FL and was of Baptist faith.

He is survived by his mom: Sandra Hart, Live Oak, FL; sister: Julie Dees (Mark), Branford, FL; brother: Bobby Hart, Live Oak, FL ; sister-in-law: Kim Hart Cannon, Live Oak, FL; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Oscar Lloyd "Bo" & Naomi Hart, Sr. and his brother: Mike Hart.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am Monday, August 14th at Clayland Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bill Lawhon officiating.
