Patricia Gallagher Cramer, aged 92, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026, in Live Oak, FL. Born in Pittsburg, PA, Patricia moved to Live Oak in 2001 from Deerfield Beach, FL. She was a cherished member of the Westwood Baptist Church community.

Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 71 years, David Cramer, and her son, Craig G. Cramer. She is survived by her daughter, Coleen Escobar and her husband Justo, and her son, David K. Cramer and his wife Meara, all residing in Live Oak. Patricia was a proud grandmother to Lieutenant Colonel (retired) David Escobar and his wife Dr. Caitlin Escobar, Jonathan Escobar, and Richard Cramer, and a great-grandmother to David E. Escobar, Jr.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 28th at Forest Lawn North Memorial Gardens in Pompano Beach, FL, with Mr. Justo Escobar officiating.

A celebration of life will be held at Westwood Baptist Church on Saturday, May 30th with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am and the service following at 11:00 am.
