Phillip Wade Foster, Loving Son, Husband, and Father, passed away on March 10, 2024. He was born on March 10, 1966, in Lake City, FL and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Phillip owned/operated Foster's Sunsations Lawn Care & Landscaping in Wellborn and for the last three years he owned/operated Foster's Reforest Station. He was preceded in death by his grandfather on his mother's side, Bernard Raines, his grandmother on his mother's side JennieVee Raines, his grandfather on his father's side John William Foster, Sr., and his grandmother on his father's side Elsie Foster. Phillip's life touched many people, leaving behind memories that evoke feelings of love, laughter, and fun. He resided in Wellborn, FL leaving behind his wife and favorite fishing partner of thirty years: Cathy Jo Foster and his beloved son: William Burke Foster. Phillip Wade had a true love for life, always planning his next adventure with his family and friends. Whether it be cooking cane syrup at his barn, hunting deer or turkeys, fishing for those mighty king fish, road trips for just a day or lunch on the saltwater, there was sure to be a story to tell that usually began with "there I was".

Phillip grew up in the rural church of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Wellborn. He leaves behind his mother: Joe Ann Foster, his father: John William, Foster, Jr. (Billy), his sister: Paige Bergeron; nephew: Carson Bergeron; niece: Bailey Rivera (Eder); brother-in-law on his sister's side: William Bergeron; mother-in-law: Gyla Norris' father-in-law: Albert Norris; brother-in-law on his wife's side: Chad and fiancé: Shelli; and many more that loved and respected him.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, March 13th at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. John Harrison officiating.
