Phyllis Bibian (Little) Luther, 93, of McAlpin, Florida, was reunited with her beloved husband Cletus Luther in heaven on September 27, 2023. She was born on December 2, 1929, in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania.

Phyllis was a wife, daughter, mother, grandma, aunt, sister, and accomplished seamstress who will be greatly missed. She leaves behind her daughter Laura (Jim) Cox; her daughter-in-law Joanne Luther; her grandchildren, Chris (Nicci) Eells, Kelli (Patrick) Boerio, Amy (Nick) Freese, Keith (Sarah) Luther, Courtney (Thomas) Cox Ferguson, Sarah (Ben) Luther Rowland; her great grandchildren, Morgan Germanovich, Cassie & Jacob Boerio, Lilly & Cooper Freese, Morgan Childers, Zack Remmers, Dylan & Kimber Luther; her great granddaughter Meadow; and her sister Mary McTague. She was preceded in death by her parents Faber and Sarah Little; her husband Cletus Luther; her daughter Janice Eells; her son John Luther; her great-grandson Jacob Germanovich; and her siblings, Leah Zist, Joe, Regis, Bill, John, Jim, and Richard Merle Little. The family will join for a mass offered for Phyllis on December 2, 2023, at 8:00 AM at the Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Tallahassee, Florida.
