Rika Dees Starling, 76, Branford, FL passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, November 27, 2023. Mrs. Starling was born in Mayo, FL but was a lifelong resident of Branford, where she was a member of Ephesus Advent Christian Church. She loved shopping, playing bingo, watching tv and being with her family.

Mrs. Starling is survived by her two daughters: Vicky Noling (Cory), O'Brien, FL, Sonya Koon (Kevin), Mayo, FL; one sister: Gwen Mathis, Tallahassee, FL;  five grandchildren: Rhett Coleman (Karla), Orlando, FL, Cameron Noling, O'Brien, FL, Kaley Koon (Sean Santos), Mayo, FL, Ryan Koon (Kaylin), Mayo, FL, Ryley Koon, Mayo, FL; many nieces and nephews that she thought of as her own, and a multitude of friends.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, December 1st at Ephesus Advent Christian Church with Rev. Randy Henderson, Rev. Chip Parker, and Rev. Tyler Creel officiating. There will be a visitation held prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm. Interment will be held in Maypop Cemetery.
