Suddenly, on September 18, 2022, Robert Lingard (Bob) Pfeifer, of Bell, Florida, went home to be with the Lord.

Bob was born in Baltimore, MD, on March 31, 1943. Our 'Big Brother' loved photography, baseball, traveling to dinner and shows with friends to Disneyworld, and spending hours on the air as an avid amateur radio operator.

Bob graduated from St. Stephen Catholic Church School, in Kingsville, MD, then served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1964. He relocated to Melbourne, Florida in 1968 and worked as an electronic technician for a company doing space, government, and industrial projects. Upon his retirement in 1999, he moved to Bell, Florida.

Bob was an active member of the San Juan Mission Catholic Church in Branford, Florida, and a very proud member of the Knights of Columbus for over 50 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Margaret Pfeifer, of White Marsh, MD. He is survived by two sisters, Barbara Patricio, of Timonium, MD and Margaret Miller and husband, Thomas, of Belhaven, NC, and a brother, Stephen Pfeifer, and wife, Deborah, of Essex, MD. He is also survived by four nieces and five nephews. Though he was never married, he is survived by a loving family of friends at his home congregation.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 10:30 am at the San Juan Mission Catholic Church, 304 Plant Avenue SW, Branford, FL 32008. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the San Juan Mission Church building fund at that address.

An additional service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fullerton, MD at a later date.

Bob, was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. We will miss you.
