"Sonny" Horace Arthur Davis, 65, Live Oak, FL passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023. Originally from Live Oak, Mr. Davis moved back to Suwannee County in 2012 to be closer to his family. He was a proud father and "papa" who enjoyed hunting, farming, and talking with anyone and everyone. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife: Sandra Davis, Live Oak; sons: Chris Davis (Sarah Bastian), Tye Davis; step-daughter: Erin O'Donnell; step-sons: Ernie Stapleton (Tammy), L.J. O'Donnell (Mary), Kevin O'Donnell (Nicole), Brendan O'Donnell (Julie); sisters: Louise Hellstrom, Nancy Sly (Paul); brother: James Robinson (Linda); grandchildren: Lankston, Easton, Anniston, Rhian, Isabella, Gabrielle, Jason, Westin, Hunter, Paisley, Nicole, and TJ. He was preceded in death by his son: Jonathon Lord; brothers: David Robinson, Kenneth Robinson, and Freddie Robinson; parents: Lillian Robinson Davis and Horace K. Davis. Services will be held at 3 pm Saturday, February 11th at Rocky Sink Baptist Church with Pat Chewning officiating. There will be a visitation held prior to the service at the church beginning at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rocky Sink Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
