Steven D. Welch, aged 55, of O'Brien, FL, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Born in Dayton, OH to the late Jerry and Shirley Welch, Steven dedicated his career to construction and worked as a handyman also. He is survived by his stepdaughter, Ruth Hampton and her husband Duane of Branford; his sister, Malinda Welch of New Carlisle, OH; and his three beloved grandchildren, Clayton, Colton, and Aurora. He also leaves behind his special niece, Jessica Simpson and her husband Lee, along with honorary grandchildren, Amelia, Ryden, Mark and many other family members and friends. Steven was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Overholser; his brothers, Mark Welch and Roy Welch; and the love of his life, Melissa Welch. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
